The Spring ArtWalk is a three day event featuring juried artists displaying their art indoors in various businesses along historic Main Street, in St. Charles, Missouri.

Eligible Participants - Artists 18 years and older.

Entry Requirements and Procedure
We require three digital images of your art and a fully completed entry form. Digital images must be at least 200dpi
and a maximum of 800 pixels on the longest side and each image must have title, size and medium identified. If you choose to submit more than one medium, submit 3 digital images for each medium. Saint Charles Riverfront Arts reserves the right to jury each medium as a separate entity.

There is NO ENTRY FEE. Juried artists are required to donate one piece of original art work valued at $250 or more.
Donations must be ready for use (e.g., ready to hang).

Sales
There is NO COMMISSION collected. Artists are expected to collect sales tax. Tax forms will be provided to artists at the event.
Patron's Preference Donated Artwork Artwork donated must be original art of comparable quality to the art you submit in your entry and have a minimum value of $250. The artwork must be ready to be picked-up or delivered by April 1, 2012. You will receive more detail regarding location for delivery of the donated piece as the deadline nears.

Publicity
Saint Charles Riverfront Arts Spring ArtWalk reserves the right to photograph and reproduce, in color or black and white, all artwork images accepted for the Spring ArtWalk, for publicity purposes.

Liability and Insurance
While all reasonable precautions will be taken by the event staff and staff of the individual businesses, no work will be insured by The Saint Charles Riverfront Arts and it is not responsible for loss or damage to any work submitted while on display or in
transit. Artists are strongly encouraged to insure their own
artwork. Accepted artists will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability in reference to the business owner.

Entry in the Event
indicates agreement with all conditions in the Call for Entry.

Other Spring ArtWalk Information
· Artists or representative must be present in their space during all open hours of the ArtWalk.
· Artists are responsible for setting up their own display and must furnish their own tables, chairs, easels, etc.
· Packets of information will be sent to each participating artist prior to the event, which will include all location and logistical information necessary.
